Technical and general event services and equipment rental for Onda cultural venues

Summary

The Onda City Council is procuring a single, coordinated service for the technical and general support of performances, shows and other events at Teatro Mónaco, Sala La Cassola and Campaneta. The service covers lighting, sound, projection and stage machinery, loading and unloading, audience access and seating, room control, setup and dismantling, equipment maintenance, and rental of additional technical equipment when needed. The estimated quantities include 110 full technical-service attendances, 37 basic attendances, 40 hours of shorter technical assistance, 120 basic room-control attendances, 74 hours of occasional auxiliary services, and equipment rental costs of up to €20,531.70 excluding VAT. The contract has a base budget of €80,000 including VAT, runs for one year and may be extended annually twice.
