Creation of building management system visualization (Eisbär SCADA 4.0)

Summary

The tender concerns the creation and expansion of the central building management system visualization at the DLR site in Stuttgart, using the existing Eisbär SCADA 4.0 management and operator interface. Existing building management system views for Kieback & Peter, Neuberger and SAIA systems must be recreated and visualized progressively, including trend curves, diagrams and alarm messages. The work will be carried out in several phases over approximately two years from contract award. The Enterprise license bundle for the Eisbär management and operating system is already available, so no additional licenses are required. The submission deadline is 12 October 2026 at 00:00.
