Network and communications infrastructure

Summary

The tender covers the ongoing construction, extension, modification, commissioning, documentation and fault remediation of communications infrastructure at approximately 200 locations of Techniker Krankenkasse and its subsidiaries. The work includes supplying, installing, configuring and maintaining data and fibre-optic cabling, data outlets, distribution cabinets, racks, electrical sub-distribution units and active Cisco network equipment. An estimated 150–200 installation measures are expected each year, including major new installations serving up to 600 workplaces. The bidder must submit an implementation concept, price the required lump-sum services and provide the specified fault-response service. Tenders will be assessed on price and service quality; quality will be evaluated on the basis of the implementation concept. The contract is not divided into lots and variants are not permitted. The tender must be submitted electronically in German by 9 October 2026 at 12:00. Contract performance is scheduled to start on 1 January 2027.
