Integrated management of inactive medical records and clinical document collections for Health Area VIII – Mar Menor

Summary

The Murcia Health Service is procuring the integrated management of the inactive archive of medical records and other clinical document collections for Health Area VIII – Mar Menor. The service covers the transfer, inventory, storage, custody, retrieval and supply of copies or originals on request, and secure destruction when instructed. The archive comprises an estimated 2,500 linear metres of documents, including records held by the San Javier Health Centre; the contract is for four years, with an option to extend for one year, and is not divided into lots.
