Security guarding and security-system maintenance at TGSS premises in Burgos in 2027

Summary

The tender seeks an integrated security-guarding and security-system maintenance service for the Spanish Social Security Treasury’s workplaces and heritage buildings in the city and province of Burgos, from 1 January to 31 December 2027. The service includes security personnel, alarm-system maintenance, alarm reception, call-out and key-holding services, patrols, fire-extinguisher maintenance, security scanners and gates, and CCTV equipment and control-centre services. Seven security guards are subject to staff transfer. The contract includes an estimated 600 hours of additional security service at a fixed rate of €21.86 per hour excluding VAT; bids may not offer a lower rate for these hours. The company must also be registered in Spain’s National Private Security Register; any company undertaking security-system maintenance, including a subcontractor, must hold the relevant registration. Price accounts for 49 points and qualitative elements for 51 points. Additional points may be available for, among other things, 100 free service hours, zero-emission vehicles, training, security equipment and computers, a €1,815 increase to the materials allowance, a security-equipment inventory, and a valid information-security certificate.
