Supply, installation, maintenance and dismantling of Christmas and Carnival lighting

Summary

The Municipality of Álora is procuring, as a single lot, the supply or rental, installation, maintenance and dismantling of decorative lighting for Christmas and Carnival celebrations. The Christmas display includes illuminated arches, eight festive signs, 24 street-lamp decorations, approximately 600 metres of LED garlands and illuminated figures, including a large balloon-shaped photo installation; the Carnival display includes two arches. The contract documents state differing terms: the administrative documents specify an initial two-year term with a possible two-year extension, while the technical specification states one year with a possible one-year extension. The tender budget is €55,716 excluding VAT (€67,416.36 including 21% VAT).
