Supply of a generator set

Summary

The tender covers the supply of a new generator manufactured in 2026. It must be installed on a two-axle transport trailer approved for use in the European Union and delivered ready for operation. Required maximum output is 120–160 kVA, rated output is 100–130 kW, voltage is 400/230 V and power factor is 0.8. The generator must have fluid-leak protection, Stage V-compliant filters or equivalent, a fuel tank of at least 150 litres, and the required sockets and safety devices. The trailer’s maximum authorised mass must not exceed 3,500 kg. The supplier must provide the generator with all standard equipment, transport and unload it at the contracting authority’s designated location in Ciechocinek, install, configure and start it, check its safety systems, and carry out a load test lasting at least one hour at nominal load. The work also includes start-up and test records, technical and handover documentation, and at least four hours of theoretical and practical training for up to four staff members designated by the authority. All work must be completed within six weeks of signing the contract. The bid must include the completed offer form, required declarations, and a manufacturer’s catalogue sheet or other manufacturer document proving that the technical parameters are met. No minimum turnover, experience or technical-capacity threshold is set as a qualification condition. Offers are evaluated on price (60%) and warranty (40%). The minimum warranty is 12 months or 1,000 operating hours for continuous use, or 60 months or 1,000 operating hours for standby power use; longer warranty offers receive more points. No bid security is required.
