Tender detail
Supply of brand-new stationary generators
Summary
The tender is divided into two lots, each for one brand-new stationary generator: Lot 1 provides emergency power for the Jan Ruszkowski vocational school, and Lot 2 for the Pułtusk County Office’s crisis-management department and county crisis management centre. Bidders may submit an offer for either or both lots. Each generator must have a rated output of at least 100 kVA in standby mode and 80 kW in continuous operation. The contract includes delivery, unloading, installation and first commissioning of the generator, construction of a foundation slab and a roofed enclosure, and connection to the building’s electrical network through an automatic transfer system. The generator must be delivered with all operating fluids and a full fuel tank. The contractor must carry out a mains-failure test and a continuous load test lasting at least 2 hours, provide 1 hour of on-site staff training, and hand over as-built records, electrical measurement reports and Polish-language instructions. Equipment must be unused and manufactured no more than 12 months before delivery; CE marking and an EU declaration of conformity are required. Used, refurbished and demonstration units are not accepted. Work must start no later than 3 days after the site is handed over and must be completed within 60 days of signing the contract, and no later than 11 December 2026. The warranty must last 24–59 months, with warranty servicing included in the price; the service provider’s head office must be within 100 km of the contracting authority’s premises. Offers are evaluated on price (60%) and warranty duration (40%). The submission deadline is 9 October 2026 at 10:00. The bidder must provide at least one electrical works manager with the required electrical construction qualifications and at least 5 years’ professional experience. No separate economic or financial standing requirements are set.
