Telephone, video and in-person interpreting for municipal support services

Summary

The City of Madrid is procuring telephone, video and in-person interpreting in multiple languages, including Spanish sign language, to support users of municipal equality, gender-based and sexual violence, trafficking and exploitation, women’s support, and LGTBI-phobia services. The single, undivided contract covers estimated quantities of 48,000 minutes of telephone interpreting, 300 hours of video interpreting, 80 hours of in-person interpreting and 160 hours of sign-language interpreting. It runs for 24 months, with an option to extend for up to 12 months; the base tender budget is €107,423.32 including VAT.
