The Municipality of Segovia is procuring, for its Local Police, roadside drug screening tests, confirmatory saliva-sampling kits, sample collection and transport, and qualitative and quantitative laboratory analysis of saliva and, where requested, blood samples. The four-year contract has no lots and covers indicative annual quantities of 7 screening tests, 65 sampling kits and 65 laboratory analyses, with quantities varying according to the municipality’s needs.
