Telephone communications and call center services

Summary

The Parc Taulí healthcare consortium is procuring communications services in two lots. Lot 1 covers secure, redundant data links connecting the central hospital with five remote sites. Lot 2 covers fixed and mobile telephony, mobile data, mobile-device services, and maintenance and updates for the telephone exchanges, contact center and related collaboration licences. The contract covers six main sites and is planned for 36 months, with an optional extension of up to 24 months.
