Technical assistance to prepare the Basque Country library map for 2027

Summary

The General Administration of the Basque Country is procuring technical assistance to prepare the 2027 map of libraries, also known as the Public Reading Map. The contractor will act as the project’s technical office, coordinate the participating committees and working groups, collect and analyse library data, prepare standards and questionnaires, and produce the findings, recommended action plan and web presentation. The contract is not divided into lots, has a total budget of €29,739.86 including 21% VAT, and runs until 30 December 2027.
