Investor’s supervision of the Soła River bridge reconstruction in Oświęcim

Summary

The contract is for investor’s supervision services during reconstruction of the pedestrian and cycle bridge over the Soła River on Cicha Street in Oświęcim. It is divided into five parts: supervision of bridge works, sanitary and water-supply and sewerage works, electrical works, telecommunications works, and a separate check that the works conform to the design. A tender may cover one, several or all parts; a suitably qualified and experienced specialist must be named for each part bid for. The main supervision period is up to 13 months, but no later than 30 November 2027, and the service continues through the investment’s 72-month warranty and liability period. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the proposed contractual penalty for absence from the construction site accounts for 40%; the penalty must be PLN 500–1,500 for each full or partial hour of absence. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish. No tender security or performance security is required.
