ETCS design services from the German border via Dolní Žleb to Kralupy nad Vltavou

Summary

The tender concerns ETCS design services for the railway route from the German border via Dolní Žleb to Kralupy nad Vltavou. The work covers two sections: from the German border to Prostřední Žleb, inclusive, and from there to Kralupy nad Vltavou, exclusive. The contractor will prepare the project documentation needed for the transport infrastructure construction permit, submit the permit applications and support the process until the relevant decisions become final. The services also include designer supervision, coordination of construction planning, and construction-phase occupational safety coordination, including preparation of a site safety plan and maintenance manual. Preparation of the environmental impact assessment notice and full EIA documentation, and incorporation of its conclusions into the project, is a reserved option for the contracting authority. The estimated contract duration is 60 months and the estimated value is CZK 79,031,983. A tender guarantee of CZK 1,200,000 is required and may be provided as a bank guarantee, guarantee insurance or cash deposit. The tender price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the experience of selected experts for 40%. Tenders must be submitted electronically.
