Organisation and management of the SOM TURISME event

Summary

The Tourism Board of the Tarragona Provincial Council is procuring the integrated organisation and delivery of the SOM TURISME institutional event for the Costa Daurada and Terres de l’Ebre tourism sector. The single, undivided contract covers event concept and design, production and staging, audiovisual and graphic materials, registration and accreditation services, guest reception and cloakroom, a presenter, an inspirational talk on artificial intelligence, photography, and installation and dismantling. The event is scheduled for 19 November 2026 at FiraReus and is expected to welcome around 400 attendees; the budget is €30,000 excluding VAT.
