Organisation and delivery of the Cambrils Christmas Fair

Summary

Cambrils is procuring the integrated supply and services needed to organise and stage its Christmas Fair at Parc del Pinaret. The contract covers the temporary rental, transport, installation, operation, maintenance and removal of event structures, lighting, sound and festive decorations, as well as performances, children’s workshops and a free reindeer train; general commercial stalls are excluded. The fair is scheduled for 18–20 December 2026, with one edition per contract year. The initial term is one year, with two possible annual extensions; the estimated contract value is €180,000 excluding VAT.
