Electronic procurement platform service

Summary

The Biomedical Research Foundation of Puerta de Hierro University Hospital in Majadahonda is procuring a remotely accessible electronic procurement platform provided as Software as a Service. The platform will support end-to-end electronic management of procurement procedures, including publications, communications, tender receipt and opening, records management and contract formalisation; implementation, hosting, maintenance, updates, training and support are also included. The contract is not divided into lots. Its initial term is one year, with up to four one-year extensions, and the platform must be fully operational by 2 November 2026. The estimated maximum value is EUR 30,000 excluding VAT.
