Summary

The contract covers the preparation, packaging, preservation and delivery of lunches to elderly and dependent people registered with Villamanrique’s social welfare service. The contract runs for two years, with no extension option. Its estimated value is €84,190.91 excluding VAT, and the maximum budget is €92,610 including VAT; actual expenditure will depend on the number of meals delivered. The price per meal must not exceed €7.95 excluding VAT, or €8.75 including 10% VAT. Bids are evaluated on price (up to 70 points), the location of the central kitchen in relation to Villamanrique (up to 15 points), and additional annual meals offered (up to 15 points). Bids must state the unit price per meal, the central kitchen’s location and the number of any additional meals offered. To participate, a business must operate in a relevant field, have the required economic and technical capacity, and possess sufficient staff and resources. It must submit the responsible declaration and the required bid electronically in Spanish. The successful bidder must provide a contract performance guarantee equal to 5% of its final bid price.
