Portable ground-penetrating radar system
Summary
The tender is for a high-performance portable ground-penetrating radar (GPR) system for the Technological Institute of Aragon, for non-destructive investigation of underground structures and buried utilities. The supply must include a GPR antenna, high-accuracy RTK-compatible GNSS positioning, a distance-measurement system, a field controller, data acquisition and post-processing software, a cart, a sled, power equipment and all accessories needed for operation. The system must cover at least 250–500 MHz, measure to a depth of at least 3 m, support continuous acquisition with trace spacing no greater than 2 cm and achieve at least 2,500 scans per second. GNSS horizontal accuracy must be 2 cm or better, the controller must have an IP65 or higher protection rating, and battery runtime must be at least 8 hours. The equipment must be new and comply with CE requirements. The maximum bid price is EUR 54,000 excluding VAT (EUR 65,340 including 21% VAT). Delivery and commissioning must be completed within three months of contract signing at the Institute’s premises in Zaragoza. Price is worth up to 60 points, while improvements to technical performance and the warranty account for up to 40 points. The minimum warranty is two years and may be extended in the bid to a total of up to five years. The contract is 100% co-financed by the Aragon European Regional Development Fund.
