Delivery tracking service for supplies and equipment for Navantia’s corvette and Maritime Action Ship business

Summary

The procurement covers a service for tracking deliveries of supplies and equipment for Navantia’s corvette and Maritime Action Ship business at its San Fernando and Puerto Real facilities. One framework agreement will be awarded for two years, with two possible one-year extensions subject to mutual agreement. The estimated contract value is EUR 2,500,000 excluding VAT. Bidders must provide evidence of the required experience, turnover of at least EUR 600,000, qualified staff and equipment, and a valid ISO 9001:2015 quality-management certificate. The technical offer must include, among other items, sample reports tracking supplies and equipment and the completed technical evaluation annex; the financial offer must be submitted separately. Offers are scored out of 100 points: up to 40 for the technical offer and 60 for the financial offer. Negotiations may cover the coefficients in the financial annex for delivery tracking. Participation must be confirmed by 20 October 2026 at 11:30, and offers must be submitted by 27 October 2026 at 11:30. To obtain the technical tender documents, bidders must submit a signed participation request and confidentiality agreement.
