Concession to install and operate a drinks and food kiosk at the Galápagos sports area

Summary

The concession grants the use of public land at the sports area in Galápagos for 10 years to install and operate a temporary kiosk selling drinks and food. The municipality will determine the kiosk’s exact location. The concessionaire must acquire the kiosk, which will remain its property when the concession ends. Its maximum dimensions are 4.5 m by 4.5 m and 4 m in height. The installation must be prefabricated, readily dismantled and easy to transport. At the end of the concession, the kiosk must be removed and the site and surrounding area restored and cleaned. The concession runs for 10 years. The concessionaire initially pays an annual fee of €600, or €6,000 in total; the municipality may change the fee.
