PMO service for Smart Shipyard & Smart Factory

Summary

The tender is for an integrated project management office (PMO) service for Navantia’s Smart Shipyard & Smart Factory area, supporting digitalisation, automation, operational excellence, robotics and process-improvement initiatives. The work includes tracking project progress, milestones and deliverables; managing documentation; maintaining GLPI and SharePoint environments; automating Excel-based tracking tables and indicators; preparing management reports, minutes and presentations; and following up on open actions. Bidders must confirm participation in writing by 20 October 2026 and submit their bid electronically through the ARIBA platform by the deadline. The bidder must have completed at least two similar contracts in the last three years, at least one worth €30,000, and provide a team with the required education and experience. The bid must include the proposed technical delivery approach, anonymised team CVs, quality-control arrangements, and a service continuity and replacement plan.
