Renewal of FME software licences and associated support and maintenance

Summary

Ineco is procuring the renewal of six licences for the FME Form software it currently uses, including FME Desktop Premium Product Concurrent Use and the Spanish-language version, together with associated maintenance and support for 12 months. The service must provide access to software updates, enhancements and fixes, as well as technical support by telephone, email or online. Delivery is remote from the supplier’s premises, and no contract extension is provided. The maximum budget is €17,100 excluding VAT, or €20,691 including 21% VAT; the unit price for each licence must not exceed €2,850 excluding VAT. Price is the sole award criterion and carries 100 points. Bidders must be authorised FME suppliers and demonstrate the required financial and technical capacity, including relevant previous supplies and liability insurance of at least €300,000. Bids must be submitted electronically and signed; subcontracting is prohibited.
