Integrated project for the renewal and modernization of the Benavente Town Hall virtualization platform

Summary

This procurement covers the renewal and modernization of the Benavente Town Hall virtualization platform based on Microsoft Hyper‑V, including procurement, installation, configuration and production deployment of the new infrastructure (servers, storage, networking, software licenses) and a new desktop virtualization solution to replace VMware Horizon. It also includes the required professional services for deployment, migration of the VMware environment as determined by the Municipality, validation of migrated systems and the production rollout of the new platform. The contract is planned as an integrated turnkey project and will not be divided into lots. The overarching aim is to ensure continuity of municipal services, improve availability, and optimize licensing and maintenance costs.
