Renewal and management of software licences and technical support for FYCMA and POLO

Summary

The contract covers the supply, renewal and regularisation of software licences and subscriptions used by the Palacio de Ferias y Congresos de Málaga (FYCMA) and the Polo de Contenidos Digitales (POLO), together with technical support and maintenance. The work includes managing the licences, activating them where necessary, transferring subscriptions from other providers and ensuring uninterrupted validity. Renewal, activation or regularisation requests must be handled within 24 hours. Renewed licences must be compatible with existing systems and maintain at least the current functionality and support; changes to the solution require FYCMA’s prior approval. Support includes manufacturer updates, handling licensing and activation incidents, and technical coordination. The three-year contract includes, among other items, 14 Autodesk AutoCAD LT licences, 8 SketchUp Pro licences, Veeam licences and a subscription, 132 Barracuda Microsoft 365 backup licences, 40 WatchGuard AuthPoint MFA licences, and DELL server support, including ProSupport and next-business-day onsite service for five servers. The listed licence expiry dates run from 1 December 2026 to 27 October 2027. The price offer for the three-year period must break down the relevant cost items and must not exceed €74,111.82 excluding VAT. The bidder must submit the required responsible declaration, demonstrate the qualification required by the tender documents and undertake to comply with confidentiality and security requirements.
