Supply of Windows Server 2025 licences and device CALs

Summary

The procurement covers 7 Microsoft Windows Server 2025 Standard 16-core licences and 250 Windows Server 2025 Device CALs for Xirivella’s municipal IT infrastructure. Licences must be new, genuine, obtained through Microsoft’s official sales channel and grant perpetual use rights; they must be transferred to the municipality and work with its existing physical servers, Microsoft Active Directory and VMware or Hyper-V virtualised environments. Temporary subscription, academic and OEM licences tied to hardware that is not being supplied are not permitted. The contractor must provide licence keys or activation codes, documentary proof of purchase and licence ownership, and activation instructions if needed, electronically within 30 calendar days after accepting notification of the award. The contractor must guarantee the licences’ authenticity and validity, replace any licence affected by a supply defect and assist with activation-related issues; customer support must be available in Spanish. The estimated contract value is €19,834.71 excluding VAT and the budget is €24,000 including VAT. Price is the sole award criterion (100 points).
