Supply of displays for digital signage and patient wayfinding at Son Llàtzer University Hospital

Summary

Son Llàtzer University Hospital is purchasing 67 professional displays for digital signage and patient wayfinding. The required sizes and operating schedules are: 49 43-inch and 5 55-inch displays rated for 18x7 operation; 3 43-inch and 4 55-inch displays rated for 24x7 operation; and 5 65-inch displays rated for 18x7 operation plus 1 65-inch display rated for 24x7 operation. The displays must work with the hospital’s existing Anblick digital signage and TurnoGoCorp patient-wayfinding solutions; purchasing or developing those software platforms or licences is not part of this procurement. The supplier must deliver, transport and install the displays at locations selected by the hospital on a turnkey basis, carry out basic configuration, commissioning and operational testing, and provide the necessary mounts, cabling, electrical and data connections, and installation works. The scope also includes removal of packaging and waste, documentation and display maintenance. Equipment must be new, professional-grade and suitable for intensive use, remotely manageable over an IP network, and have at least 3840 × 2160 resolution, 400 cd/m² brightness, 2 × 10 W speakers, a 178° viewing angle, a 1200:1 contrast ratio and a mean time between failures of at least 50,000 hours. The installation plan is due within 30 days of contract signature, the equipment must be delivered within 60 days, and installation, configuration and commissioning must be completed within four months. The maintenance service includes telephone and remote support from Monday to Friday, 08:00–20:00, and on-site support when needed. The maximum resolution time is 72 working hours when a complete display replacement is not required and 120 working hours when a complete display replacement is required; in both cases the required quarterly compliance rate is at least 90%. The estimated contract value is €165,605.28 excluding VAT (€200,382.85 including VAT). Tenders are evaluated on price (34 points), formula-based improvements (36 points), and the installation and maintenance plans (30 points).
