Early Childhood Education Services at Public Centres in Sant Llorenç des Cardassar

Summary

The contract covers the delivery of early childhood education and related services for children aged 0–3 at the municipality’s public EI Card and EI Na Pol centres. At EI Son Carrió, the contractor will provide only the summer school service because, from 1 September 2026, the regional education authority will directly manage the centre during the school year. Services include child reception, early-years education, meals, rest and collection, summer school and a community programme for families. The contractor must organise education and support services, provide suitably qualified staff, clean and carry out basic maintenance at the centres, and prepare educational plans and annual reports. The initial term is two years, with up to three possible one-year extensions, for a maximum total of five years. The maximum value for the initial two-year term is €2,470,823.74; VAT does not apply. Bids must state separate prices per operating classroom and, if needed, for an educational assistant. The award criteria allocate 35 points to price, 20 to additional activities and 45 to the technical proposal for educational and administrative/organisational management. The contract is not divided into lots.
