Professional training services to strengthen competencies in the field of EU funds performance

Summary

The tender concerns an integrated package of professional training services aimed at strengthening competencies in the performance of EU funds. The contract comprises two complementary training activities: a) a professional training program for staff involved in the preparation and implementation of projects funded by EU Cohesion Policy funds; b) a professional development program for staff in the management and control system focusing on data processing and statistical analysis using specialized software. The contract duration is 24 months from the date of signing by the last party. The estimated total contract value is 1,680,230.40 RON excluding VAT. The participation security is not applicable. The bid guarantee is 10% of the contract value excluding VAT. The deadline for bid submission is 12 October 2026 at 23:59; the deadline for submission of clarifications is 22 September 2026 at 23:59; the contracting authority will respond to clarification requests by 01 October 2026 at 23:59.
