Supply of Microsoft Office LTSC 2024 Standard and Microsoft Access LTSC 2024 licences

Summary

The procurement covers 2,000 Microsoft Office 2024 Standard LTSC licences and 500 Microsoft Access 2024 LTSC licences. The licences must be perpetual, carry no subscription or maintenance fees, be valid in Spain and include Spanish and Basque user interfaces. Both new and resold licences are acceptable; for resold licences, the supplier must prove lawful origin, a documented chain of ownership transfers and that previous owners have ceased using them. The successful tenderer must provide the licence terms and required evidence and deliver the licences and documentation electronically within two weeks of contract signature. The estimated contract value is EUR 650,000 excluding VAT (EUR 786,500 including 21% VAT); price is the sole award criterion, and bids must not exceed EUR 650,000 excluding VAT. Tenderers must demonstrate annual turnover of at least EUR 975,000 and similar work worth at least EUR 455,000 completed during the last three years. Bids must be submitted electronically with the required declarations; the successful tenderer must provide a guarantee equal to 5% of the contract amount excluding VAT.
