Hull and Machinery insurance for the ISM fleet and Protection and Indemnity (P&I) insurance

Summary

This procurement concerns hull and machinery insurance for the ISM fleet’s vessels and protection and indemnity (P&I) insurance to cover civil liability of ISM vessels against maritime-law claims. The ISM fleet consists of the BSSAM ESPERANZA DEL MAR and the BSSAM JUAN DE LA COSA, plus auxiliary vessels. The contract is divided into two lots: Lot 1 Hull and Machinery insurance for the ISM fleet; Lot 2 Protection and Indemnity insurance. The term is 12 months with a possible 12-month extension.
