Summary

The tender covers cleaning and the management of separately collected waste at the 1,300 m² Eresbil – Basque Music Archive building in Errenteria. The service includes routine cleaning of rooms and surfaces, replenishing toilet and hand-hygiene supplies, sorting waste and taking it to the relevant public recycling containers. Each day, the entrance hall, corridors and kitchen, toilets, bins and furniture must be cleaned. Vacuuming is required twice a week, one floor per day.
