Maintenance of Automatic Car Park Gates

The contract covers preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance of eight automatic vehicle-access gates at three car parks managed by VNG Aparcaments: five at Casernes, two at Charlie Rivel and one at Peixateria. The work includes an initial audit, checks of each gate’s condition and compliance with standard UNE 85635, quarterly inspections, predictive diagnostics and reports, and repairs, including the supply of materials and spare parts when needed. The contractor must provide prompt handling and resolution of fault reports and train car-park staff in equipment operation and safety. The initial contract term is two years, with two possible extensions of up to one year each. The estimated total price for the initial two years is €18,057.46 including VAT; the estimated contract value, including extensions and planned modifications, is €32,831.74 excluding VAT. Preventive and predictive inspections are covered by the service price; corrective work and spare parts have a separate estimated annual ceiling. Corrective work generally requires a justified estimate and the contracting authority’s approval before it begins. Bidders must demonstrate the required turnover, liability insurance and comparable experience, and provide a suitably qualified coordinator, technical staff and equipment. Offers are assessed using automatic criteria: price accounts for 60 points and service-quality commitments for 40 points. The successful bidder must provide a final guarantee of 5% of the award amount excluding VAT.
