Maintenance of photovoltaic systems at Barcelona Provincial Council sites and buildings

The tender covers maintenance of the Barcelona Provincial Council’s photovoltaic electricity systems at multiple buildings and sites. The work includes preventive and corrective maintenance, remote system monitoring, an initial technical audit, technical advice, assistance during mandatory periodic inspections and correction of detected defects. Bids must include both the fixed maintenance price and hourly rates for corrective work. Price is worth up to 50 points. The other award criteria are replacement of communications equipment (up to 20 points), additional cleaning visits (up to 20 points) and use of a less polluting vehicle (up to 10 points). Bidders need the required electrical-work authorisation, demonstrable financial and technical capacity, and the qualified personnel and equipment required to perform the contract.
