It must, among other things, carry CE-IVDR marking, support interchangeable 96- and 384-well blocks and connect to the laboratory information system. Required performance includes a 40-cycle protocol taking no more than 40 minutes, a temperature range of 20–99°C, temperature accuracy of ±0.2°C for the 96-well block and ±0.3°C for the 384-well block, and heating rates of at least 4.4°C/s and 4.8°C/s respectively. The supplier must deliver, install and configure the instrument for use and provide a minimum two-year full-risk warranty covering preventive and corrective maintenance and spare parts. Maintenance and repair services are planned for up to four years after the warranty. Delivery is due within two months of contract signature; the contract term is four years. The estimated value is €58,000 excluding VAT, with a maximum budget of €70,180 including VAT.
