Service for shredding, management and removal of green waste

Summary

The contract covers the on-site shredding, loading, removal, transport and management at an authorised waste facility of green waste generated by the municipality of La Torre de Claramunt. The material must be biodegradable plant waste, classified under waste code LER 20 02 01, without foreign objects or other materials. The contractor must organise continuous shredding and transport and provide transport tracking records, weighing evidence, delivery records and a final waste-management certificate. The estimated maximum is 500 tonnes, equivalent to approximately 1,500 m³ of shredded material per execution period. The municipality will pay only for the actual quantity processed and evidenced and is not obliged to use the full quantity or budget. The work must be completed within 15 working days of the start order; the contract may be expressly extended up to three times. The initial-period budget ceiling is €12,499.30 including 21% VAT. Bidders must quote a unit price per tonne excluding VAT, capped at €20.66; price is the sole award criterion. The bidder must have the required waste transport and management authorisations, suitable equipment, trained staff and a technical manager. No minimum financial or technical solvency or business classification is required. Submit the bid electronically as a single package containing a declaration and the price per tonne. The submission period is 10 working days, counted from the day after publication of the contract notice.
