Operation of the Café Kiosk in Corbones Park

Summary

The concession grants the right to use and operate the public kiosk in Corbones Park, La Puebla de Cazalla, as a café-bar. The concessionaire must equip the kiosk, provide the furniture and equipment needed for the activity, run the service, and cover operating, supplies, permits, utility and maintenance costs. Required equipment includes a coffee machine, refrigerated cabinet, kitchen utensils and appliances, and 10 to 16 outdoor tables. The concession runs for two years, with annual extensions possible up to a total of four years. The minimum annual concession fee is €720.21, and bidders may offer more; electricity and water are charged separately. Submit the bid electronically within 10 working days of publication of the contract notice, together with evidence of food-handling competence and proof of the €288.08 provisional guarantee. The fee is worth up to 88 points. Additional points are available for specified heaters, parasols and water-mist humidifiers, and for assisting with maintenance of the park facilities.
