Accommodation and catering services abroad

Summary

This tender concerns the provision of accommodation and catering services abroad for a school group under Erasmus+ funded projects. The service covers two groups: Group I with 34 participants (31 students and 3 supervisors) and Group II with 5 students, to be accommodated and fed at Paralia Neou Panteleimona, Greece, from 19 to 30 October 2026. The hotel must be at least 3 stars, operational, and all participants must stay in the same hotel. Catering includes three daily meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) in buffet format, with possible dietary adjustments. The contract is funded by Erasmus+; pricing is fixed; invoicing and payment terms are defined in the SWZ; the arrangement will be finalised according to tender documents.
