Supply of peaked caps for Army officers and non-commissioned officers

Summary

The procurement is for a total of 1,199 khaki peaked service caps for Spanish Army officers and non-commissioned officers. The caps must meet the technical specifications in the tender documents and be delivered by 10 December 2026 to the PCAMI supply unit in Madrid; transport and delivery costs must be included in the offer. The tender budget is EUR 59,950 excluding VAT and EUR 72,539.50 including 21% VAT. Bidders must quote one uniform linear discount on the unit prices in Annex VI. Price is the sole award criterion, worth 100 points. A price reduction of more than 40% is treated as abnormally low. To participate, bidders must be registered in Spain’s official tenderer register by the deadline, declare their compliance and submit an offer meeting the technical requirements. The successful bidder must provide the required register, tax and Social Security evidence, a REACH compliance declaration and a commitment to adhere to the Ministry of Defence’s code of ethics. The supplied caps are subject to a technical warranty of at least three years.
