Delivery of footwear, medical clothing and protective clothing to the Dr. Rostka Regional Hospital in Racibórz

Summary

This procurement concerns the delivery of footwear, medical clothing and protective clothing to the Dr. Rostka Regional Hospital in Racibórz. The procurement is divided into three lots: 1) workwear for maintenance staff; 2) clothing for emergency medical staff; 3) footwear for emergency medical staff. Deliveries will be performed in installments according to actual needs. Bidders must provide samples (one pair per item category); provide catalogs and technical data, CE conformity documents or certificates where applicable, and comply with EN ISO 20345:2022-09 and EN ISO 20344:2022. All items must be properly labeled and documentation provided. The price will be the sole award criterion, with the lowest price receiving maximum points; other bids are scored proportionally.
