Catering Service at the Region of Murcia Stand at FITUR 2027

Summary

The tender covers catering at the Region of Murcia stand at the FITUR 2027 tourism fair at IFEMA in Madrid, from 20 to 22 January 2027. The contractor will operate the stand’s café and prepare and serve tasting menus based on Murcia’s regional ingredients and traditional cuisine for professional fair visitors. The café will operate from 09:30 to 19:30; coffee will generally be served throughout those hours, and tasting menus from 13:00 to 17:00. The service must be capable of providing up to 700 menus and up to 700 coffee or tea servings per day. The tasting menu includes, among other items, a Murcia sausage with salted almonds, a crisp paprika pastry, an anchovy-topped marinera, a meat pie, a Mar Menor rice dish and paparajote. The drink is wine with a protected designation of origin, beer produced in the Murcia region, or water; small Yecla sweets are served with coffee. The coffee menu includes Cartagena’s Asiático coffee, other coffees and herbal teas. The service also covers food transport and storage, organising the work area, serving visitors, cleaning and waste sorting. The maximum tender budget is EUR 32,901.41 including VAT; the estimated contract value is EUR 29,910.37 excluding VAT. The maximum price per tasting menu is EUR 14.24 excluding VAT, or EUR 15.66 including VAT. Price is worth up to 60 points; additional points are available for extra staff, staff training in customer service or protocol, and management-system certificates. The contract is not divided into lots, and bids must be submitted electronically. Participation requires meeting the registration, food-safety, insurance, staff experience and training requirements.
