The contract covers insurance claims management, insurance advice and brokerage for Expo Zaragoza Empresarial and the Zentro_Expo, Dinamiza and joint car park property owners’ associations. The work includes assessing insurance needs, advising on insurance contracts and their terms, supporting the preparation of insurance procurements, providing technical assessments of bids, and assisting with the handling of claims, including claims still open when the contract is awarded. The provider must monitor and process claims and deliver an annual claims report. The contract runs for two years, with a possible one-year extension. The maximum budget for the initial term is €6,000, and the estimated total value including the possible extension is €9,000; VAT is exempt. Bids are assessed on price (up to 80 points), additional resources beyond the minimum (up to 15 points), and delivery of a two-hour training session for employees on the scope of the insurance cover (up to 5 points). The successful bidder must provide a definitive guarantee of 5% and maintain €500,000 in civil liability insurance throughout the contract. The bidder must demonstrate the required turnover, insurance brokerage experience and ISO 9001 certification, and provide a team with the specified qualifications and experience. Bids must be submitted electronically using a valid electronic certificate; subcontracting is not permitted.
