Adaptation of CEIP Eugenio Perojo school premises for a classroom for one-year-old children

Summary

The contract covers the partial refurbishment and adaptation of unused premises at CEIP Eugenio Perojo school in Liérganes to create a separate classroom for one-year-old children. The contractor must carry out the integrated works described in the project. The accompanying documents describe, among other things, a 28.23 m² classroom, a separate hygiene area, a rest and multipurpose room of at least 20 m², and a food-preparation area. An outdoor area of 22.64 m² is planned for the single unit. The works are expected to take 7 months. The estimated contract value is EUR 75,596.45 and the maximum budget is EUR 91,471.70 including VAT.
