Supply of Two Maxi-Scooters for Cuenca Police and Mobility Agents

Summary

The City of Cuenca is purchasing two electric maxi-scooters for its local police and mobility agents, equipped with the required police markings, emergency lights, sirens and accessories. Each motorcycle must have an electric motor rated at least 15 CV and no more than 45 CV, a minimum range of 125 km and automatic energy recovery while moving. Requirements also include ABS brakes, a minimum length of 2,100 mm and width of 745 mm, a wheelbase of at least 1,470 mm and a seat height of at least 710 mm. The vehicles must be white, fitted with RA3 reflective markings and labelled with the traffic-control and mobility-agent insignia. The supply includes emergency LED lights, a siren, handlebar controls, a battery-drain prevention device, a rear case and a centre stand; installation must comply with the required electromagnetic compatibility and approval standards. The estimated value is EUR 22,975.21 excluding VAT and EUR 27,800 including VAT. Price carries 85 points; reducing delivery time by one, two or three weeks earns 5, 10 or 15 points respectively. Bidders are exempt from separately proving financial and technical capacity, but must be registered in the required register or provide the specified evidence of a timely registration application.
