Single-cell epigenome sequencing of circulating B lymphocytes

Summary

The contract covers single-cell chromatin accessibility analysis and epigenome sequencing (scATAC-seq) of circulating B lymphocytes using the BD Rhapsody platform or an equivalent solution. The study comprises 24 samples: 12 from patients with IgA vasculitis and 12 from healthy individuals. The work includes nuclei preparation, library preparation and sequencing; the contractor must procure the necessary reagents. The estimated volume is 24 samples, at a unit price of €3,400 excluding VAT and an estimated total of €81,600 excluding VAT, or €98,736 including VAT. Payment is due only for samples actually analysed. The contract is expected to run for 13 months, no later than 31 December 2027, and may be extended by up to 12 months, no later than 31 December 2028, subject to continued project funding. Tenderers must demonstrate turnover of at least €122,400 in at least one of the last three financial years and comparable work completed in the last three years with a cumulative value of at least €57,120 in the year of highest activity. The tender must include a technical memorandum of no more than 15 pages covering the workflow and quality controls; at least 12.5 out of 25 points are required at the technical evaluation stage. Price is worth up to 75 points. The best-ranked tenderer must provide the required evidence and lodge a definitive guarantee equal to 5% of the award price excluding VAT. The contractor must protect the sensitive health and genetic data processed for the study and demonstrate that appropriate security measures are in place.
