Periodic supply of spatial transcriptomics and DNA-nanoball sequencing reagents
Summary
This procurement covers the periodic supply, over 24 months, of spatial transcriptomics and DNA-nanoball-based high-throughput sequencing reagents and consumables for the Genomics Unit of CSIC’s López Neyra Institute of Parasitology and Biomedicine. Products must be compatible with the MGI DNBSEQ-G400 sequencer and Stereo-seq spatial transcriptomics technology. Supplies will be ordered as needed: 10 library-conversion kits; 4 large 320 Gb flow-cell PE100 sequencing kits, 4 large 480 Gb flow-cell PE150 kits, 4 small 110 Gb flow-cell PE100 kits, 4 small 165 Gb flow-cell PE150 kits, and 4 large 80 Gb flow-cell SE50 kits; 8 Stereo-seq assay visualisation kits; 20 additional sequencing-primer kits; spatial transcriptomics kits for fresh-frozen samples with 0.5 cm² capture areas (16 units) and 1 cm² capture areas (8 units); kits for paraffin-embedded samples with 0.5 cm² capture areas (16 units) and 1 cm² capture areas (4 units); 8 tissue-permeabilisation kits; and 2 Stereo-seq library-preparation kits with 16 indexes. Quantities are estimates and actual orders may vary. The maximum estimated budget is €114,924 excluding VAT, or €139,058.04 including VAT. Bidders must quote unit prices that do not exceed the ceilings in the tender documents. Price is the sole award criterion, with up to 100 points awarded according to the discount offered. Bids must be submitted electronically as a single package; the contract is not divided into lots and no extension is provided. Ordered products are generally due within 15 working days. Deliveries must preserve the required product conditions, including the cold chain where needed, and must include a delivery note and the equipment manufacturer’s compatibility certificate. Defective or non-compliant products must be replaced within the deadline set in the tender documents. Bidders must demonstrate the required financial and technical capacity, hold the necessary registration, and provide the required declarations and documents.
