Supply of a 21 m³ municipal waste collection and compaction truck for the Sayagua municipal association

Summary

The tender is for a new 21 m³ rear-loading municipal solid-waste collection and compaction truck for the Sayagua municipal association, including the chassis, compactor body and all components required for operation. It will replace an obsolete vehicle and must be suitable for emptying containers of up to 1,100 litres. The contract is indivisible and alternative bids are not permitted. At delivery, the supplier must provide the documents needed for registration and operation and deliver user and maintenance training. The minimum warranty for both chassis and compactor body is 24 months. The estimated contract value is €203,856.74 excluding VAT; the maximum budget including VAT is €246,666.66. Bids are scored out of 100 points: price 25, delivery time 3, noise level 10, extended chassis warranty 20, extended compactor-body warranty 10, and technical and safety features 32. Bidders must meet the specified financial and technical capacity requirements, including annual turnover of at least €203,856.74 in their best year of the last three financial years, experience with similar supplies, and a franchised workshop with bodywork facilities within 100 km.
