Property damage insurance for Umivale Activa centres

Summary

Umivale Activa is procuring 12 months of insurance, starting on 1 January 2027, for material damage to movable and immovable property at its centres in Spain. The insurance covers the listed buildings, premises, furnishings and equipment, including protection against risks such as fire, lightning, explosion, theft and water damage, as well as liability insurance and other cover specified in the tender documents. Two policies must be issued under one contract for administrative and accounting purposes, but the procurement is not divided into lots. The estimated contract amount is EUR 180,000 and VAT is exempt. Bidders must be authorised to conduct insurance business in Spain, meet the minimum annual turnover requirement of EUR 300,000 and demonstrate comparable work carried out in the last three years, including at least one service worth more than EUR 150,000. The offer must state the total premium and any automatically assessed improvements to the insurance cover; price is worth 70 points and technical features 30 points. Bids must be submitted electronically and include a signed responsible declaration, proof of bank-account ownership and evidence of the insurance authorisation.
