Supply and installation of a mobile compact shelving system for Piera Municipal Archive

Summary

The Municipality of Piera is procuring the supply, assembly and installation of a mobile compact shelving system for its municipal archive. The single, non-lotted contract includes fixed and mobile shelving, floor-mounted rails with metal ramps, two independent five-drawer units, transport and installation; defective existing mobile compact shelving must also be removed. The installation must provide at least 805 linear metres of usable storage. The maximum contract period is two months and the budget is €57,509.22 including VAT.
