Surveys on user expectations and satisfaction with Zuzenean and the Basque Government’s electronic services

Summary

The Basque Government is procuring three 2026 surveys: satisfaction, expectations and needs among users of the Zuzenean citizen service (at least 1,700 completed questionnaires); satisfaction with the Government’s electronic services among individuals (at least 2,051); and satisfaction among businesses (at least 955). The work includes sampling, questionnaire design where applicable, data collection, validation and statistical analysis, and delivery of survey reports, anonymised microdata, tables, an executive summary, a comparative report and a proposal for two user-needs research actions. The contract is not divided into lots and runs until 31 December 2026.
